    If you’re not happy with an item you purchased from our online store (The Citizen Shop), then neither are we. We gladly accept returns (or exchanges) of items that are returned to us within 15 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund your item must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and condition with all tags attached. All items are thoroughly inspected and/or tested before returns or exchanges are processed.

     

    STEPS TO COMPLETING A RETURN:

    Replace item in the original brand package that came with the merchandise. Insure that the Item has not be worn. (Worn Items will not be refunded or exchanged)

    Return the item in durable and sturdy packaging to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in transit back to us.

    To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, Certified Mail, etc. that includes a tracking number. Overnight shipping is not necessary.

    The Underwear and Sock of the Month Clubs are about “Discovering” new or exciting brands curated from around the world. These items are only eligible for exchange for different size or store credit – returns are not available. We highly encourage you to try them out – you may just fall in love with them! However, we want you to be happy so we created a custom program just for our members (our Citizens):

      

    UNDERWEAR CLUB EXCHANGES:

    If you received a size that doesn’t work for you, we’ll exchange it for a different size of the same brand and cut. If you simply think you won’t fall in love with a month’s brand, we’ll happily provide you with a store credit that can be used in the Citizen Shop to find that perfect pair of underwear!

     

    SOCK CLUB EXCHANGES:

    If you are not satisfied with the socks you received as part of the Sock of the Month Club, you may exchange them for a pair of the same brand and price from the store.

    Gift Purchases:

    If the item was a gift from someone and shipped directly to you, the original purchaser of the item will receive the credit for the return. The same criteria for returns and exchanges apply to gifts.

     

    Gift Club Memberships:

    If the membership was a gift from someone (or to yourself), the same criteria for returns and exchanges of memberships apply to gift memberships. Due to the nature of the Monthly Underwear and Sock Club, returns are not available. Underwear and socks received as part of the monthly club service is only eligible for exchange or store credit.
